I'm Kyle — I'm 25, and I call Jacksonville home.
I grew up surrounded by business owners. Almost everyone in my family ran their own company, so from a young age I had a front-row seat to what that life really looks like. I saw the good: the rush of landing a new customer, the thrill of watching something you built grow, the drive to keep pushing for more. But I also saw the hard parts — the slow seasons, the stretches where things went sideways and you weren't sure what came next.
Watching it all up close, one thing became clear to me early on: more often than not, the difference between the busiest business in the area and one that's barely hanging on comes down to a single thing — marketing. A great business with no steady way to bring customers through the door is always one slow month away from trouble. I never forgot that.
So I set out to understand it, and I've been learning marketing ever since — including earning my bachelor's in Marketing from the University of Massachusetts Boston. Since college, I've sharpened my craft on real projects: rebuilding a Google Business Profile here, running someone's social media there, designing a website that finally started bringing in calls.
I'm in a sales role today, but I've made the decision to pursue what I've wanted to do all along — build a marketing company of my own. My goal is simple, and it's personal: help local businesses like the ones I grew up around get more customers, consistently.
I'm not interested in the fluff and vanity metrics a lot of the bigger agencies chase. I care about one thing — results that put money in your pocket.
